Agency again fails to sell off stake in Sovcomflot’s unit Novoship

MOSCOW, Jun 20 (PRIME) -- Russia’s Federal State Property Management Agency has again failed to sell off its stake in Novorossiysk Shipping Company, or Novoship, part of Sovcomflot Group, due to a lack of bids at the auction, according to materials of digital platform RTS-Tender on Tuesday.

The agency offered 4,500 ordinary shares and 35,500 class A preferred shares, or 0.0127% of the company. The initial price was set at 4.1 million rubles.
